Short answer: some cases are made to fit both the standard iPhone 13 and standard iPhone 14, but you should not assume every iPhone 13 case will fit every iPhone 14. The safest rule is simple: use a case only when the manufacturer or seller explicitly confirms both exact models.
This matters for shoppers in Pakistan because many online listings group similar-looking iPhones together. Sometimes that compatibility is genuine. Sometimes a listing simply offers separate model variants. Those are not the same thing.

Why do iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 cases sometimes fit both?
Apple's official specifications show that the standard iPhone 13 and standard iPhone 14 have the same listed height and width: 146.7 mm × 71.5 mm. Their listed thickness is slightly different: Apple gives the iPhone 13 as 7.65 mm and the iPhone 14 as 7.80 mm.
That dimensional similarity helps explain why some case makers sell a single shell confirmed for both phones. But dimensions alone do not prove case compatibility. A fitted cover also has to work with the camera opening, buttons, ports, speaker openings, edge shape and the tolerances of that particular case design.
You can verify the phone dimensions in Apple's official iPhone 13 technical specifications and iPhone 14 technical specifications.
So can I put an iPhone 13 case on an iPhone 14?
Only if that exact case is confirmed for both standard models.
Do not use “both phones are 6.1-inch” as your compatibility test. Screen size is not a case-fit specification. Two phones can share a screen-size label while having different body dimensions, camera modules, controls or other physical details.
The same warning applies to listings that say “13/14 Series.” That wording may mean the seller has a different case variant for each phone rather than one physical case that fits both.
An Everacs example that is confirmed for both

iPhone 13 & 14 Clear MagSafe-Compatible Hybrid Case
This specific Everacs case is confirmed for both the standard iPhone 13 and standard iPhone 14. Its verified construction is a hard transparent polycarbonate (PC) back with soft TPU bumper sides, and it has an integrated magnetic ring.
It is not listed for iPhone 13 mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Plus, 14 Pro or 14 Pro Max unless separately confirmed. Check the live product page for current price and availability rather than relying on a dated blog price.
This is a useful example of the evidence standard Everacs uses: compatibility is stated because this exact product is supplied and listed for both models—not merely because the phones look similar.
What about iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro cases?
Do not extend the standard-model answer to the Pro models. “iPhone 13 fits iPhone 14” does not mean iPhone 13 Pro fits iPhone 14 Pro. Mini, Plus, Pro and Pro Max devices should each be treated as separate models unless a particular case is explicitly verified for more than one.
This is also why a product title such as “iPhone 13 / 14 case” should be read carefully: confirm whether it means one shared case or separate selectable variants.
What should you check before buying a shared-model case?
1. Read the exact compatibility statement
Look for the complete model names. “iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 standard models” is clearer than vague wording such as “13/14 series.”
2. Check the camera opening
The camera area is one of the easiest places to notice a mismatch. The opening and raised surround should be designed for the phone models claimed by the listing. Learn more in our guide to raised camera protection.
3. Check buttons, charging port and speaker openings
A case can look close from the back and still be inconvenient if controls or bottom openings do not align properly. Our guide on phone-case cutouts, buttons and port openings explains what to inspect.
4. Do not infer compatibility from material
Soft TPU may tolerate small dimensional differences better than a rigid shell in some designs, but that is not proof that a particular TPU case fits another phone. Likewise, a hard PC case is not incompatible merely because it is rigid. Compatibility must be verified product by product.
If you want to understand those materials, see TPU vs Silicone vs Polycarbonate (PC) and What Is a Hybrid Phone Case?.
Why similar dimensions are evidence—but not enough evidence
Apple's specifications give us a reliable fact: the standard iPhone 13 and 14 share the same listed height and width, while the iPhone 14 is listed 0.15 mm thicker. It is an inference that this similarity is one reason some accessory makers can design a case for both. It does not establish universal cross-compatibility.
Current Pakistan case listings also show both patterns in the market: some sellers offer products specifically labelled for iPhone 13/14 together, while other pages offer iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 as separate selectable model variants. That is further reason to read the individual listing instead of assuming.
Buying an iPhone 13 or iPhone 14 cover online in Pakistan
When shopping online, search using the full model plus the style you want—for example, iPhone 13 clear cover or iPhone 14 mobile cover—then check whether the product explicitly supports your phone.
At Everacs, you can Find Your Phone first or browse current phone cases and mobile covers. If a listing supports multiple models, the compatibility section should say so clearly.
If you are worried about receiving the wrong fit, our Pakistan-focused guide How to Order the Correct Mobile Cover Online in Pakistan explains the model-checking process before checkout.
Bottom line
Some iPhone 13 cases can fit the standard iPhone 14—but only when that exact case is confirmed for both models. Matching height, width or screen size is not enough to make a universal compatibility claim. Check the seller's exact compatibility statement, camera opening, controls and model variant before ordering.
