These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Everacs online store and your purchase of products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. About Everacs
Everacs is a Pakistan-based online retailer of mobile accessories. We may use local suppliers and third-party fulfillment partners to source, prepare, or dispatch some orders. Everacs remains your seller and customer-support contact.
2. Using the store
You agree to use the store lawfully and honestly. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the store for fraud or any unlawful purpose.
3. Product information and compatibility
We try to keep product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability, and compatibility information accurate. Before ordering a phone case or model-specific accessory, check the exact model shown on the product page. Compatibility names and third-party brand names are used to describe intended fit or use; they do not mean that Everacs is authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by those brands.
Minor differences in colour may occur because of lighting, photography, or screen settings. Product images and descriptions do not add features, protection, certifications, or performance claims that are not stated on the relevant product page.
4. Prices, availability, and order acceptance
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Products remain subject to availability.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when Everacs confirms it for fulfillment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing or listing error, the item is unavailable, the order cannot be verified, the address is incomplete, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, we will arrange an appropriate refund through the original or another available method.
5. Payment and cash on delivery
You must provide accurate payment and contact information. Cash-on-delivery orders may require phone or message verification before dispatch. For COD orders, you agree to pay the confirmed order amount and delivery charges when the parcel is delivered. If a parcel is returned because of refusal, an unavailable recipient, or an incorrect address, any re-dispatch charge is handled under our Shipping Policy.
6. Shipping and fulfillment
Shipping is currently available within Pakistan only. Delivery charges, address requirements, delivery estimates, courier delays, and returned parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged-parcel claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The Everacs name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, and other original content belong to Everacs or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Apple, Samsung, Infinix, TECNO, vivo, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Everacs is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brand owners unless expressly stated.
9. Customer communications and content
If you send us a review, photograph, message, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person's rights or the law. You allow Everacs to use that content to operate, support, and improve the store, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that order and contact information must be processed to provide products, delivery, support, returns, and other requested services.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
We provide the store and its content on an “as available” basis and take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the service functioning. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every product will suit a use that is not stated on its product page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everacs is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the store. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, fraud, or intentional wrongdoing.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan and Punjab, without removing any mandatory consumer-protection rights. Subject to those rights, disputes may be brought before a competent court or consumer forum with jurisdiction in Punjab, Pakistan.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the store, products, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page, with its effective date shown above. Changes do not retroactively alter an order that we have already accepted unless the law requires otherwise.
